Veronica’s work primarily focused on bringing in and educating first time home buyers. She still presents seminars in the Rittenhouse office to educate first time home buyers on the buying process. She also provides them with a financial speaker to discuss the many financing options that may be open to them. Through this process Veronica is able to bring out many qualified home buyers from the rental world.
From the amount of time Veronica spent with buyers, she learned the frustrations that buyers face when trying to find the right home to purchase. She realized that a majority of these frustrations could be easily rectified by the listing agent. She then took this knowledge and began applying it to listings in the area with great success.
Veronica lives in the University City area of Philadelphia with her son. She is the former Vice President of the Home and School Association for Penn Alexander Elementary, where her son attends third grade. She still actively participates with the Association and the school on a regular basis.
In addition to her upbeat personality and constant enthusiasm for her career, Veronica is a diligent worker. She will do everything in her power for her clients to be happy and have a smooth transaction. Her clients will often find an email in their inbox time stamped midnight.
Veronica is the daughter, sister and fiance of a Marine. She works closely with many USAA clients and understand many of the financing and mortgage requirements that are needed to close such transactions. She also understands how difficult it can be to attempt to relocate to an area you do not know at all and will take the time to just tour your around and familiarize you with several neighborhoods that make up the City of Philadelphia.
Veronica has also brought new and exciting volunteer and charity ideas and programs to the Rittenhouse office. She works with Greater Philadelphia Cares on numerous projects such as clean-ups of the public schools/parks and the winter coat drive.
